01 / CONTEXT

The challenge

Building a repeatable research workflow for minute-level market data, rejection/continuation features, and chronological model validation while avoiding leakage from random train/test splitting.

02 / ENGINEERING

What OSYSTIC built

OSYSTIC implemented a private research flow performing chunked OHLCV acquisition, rigorous data-quality checks, ATR and relative-volume feature engineering, structural/event feature extraction, and time-ordered modeling baselines.

Engineering Highlights

  • Added explicit checks for missing values, dead candles, time gaps and invalid price structure.
  • Engineered ATR, relative-volume and structural/event features from minute-level market data.
  • Preserved chronological train/test separation to reduce look-ahead leakage.
  • Retained feature-audit and baseline-modelling steps alongside the research pipeline.
  • Kept raw/licensed datasets and API credentials outside the public showcase.

Capabilities

  • Data Quality Assurance
  • Feature Engineering
  • Chronological Validation
  • Research Pipeline Development

Public Evidence Boundary

This repository contains sanitized public proof only. Raw/licensed datasets, API keys, client identity, private research outputs, and commercial information remain strictly private.

03 / DELIVERY

Outcomes and validation

  • Successfully delivered documented minute-level market-research workflow with verified data-quality, feature, and walk-forward validation methodology.
