Browser OTC Market Observation to Telegram Alerts

A completed Windows-based, read-only OTC observation workflow validates five contiguous closed M1 candles and dispatches Telegram text and chart notifications via separate paths. This case study distinguishes observed delivery from unverified continuous uptime or trading results.

01 / CONTEXT

The challenge

Continuously observe a changing catalogue of broker OTC instruments on an ordinary Windows PC. For each symbol, detect an event only after five genuine, consecutively closed one-minute candles share the same direction. Deliver the result to Telegram quickly without combining the chart upload with the initial notification.

02 / ENGINEERING

What OSYSTIC built

OSYSTIC delivered a read-only browser-observation and Windows-local Telegram alert workflow for OTC instruments, validating five consecutive closed one-minute candles and sending separate text and chart notifications.

Engineering Highlights

  • Tracked per-market OHLC over UTC minute boundaries to process completed candles only
  • Decoupled Telegram text alert delivery from data-derived PNG chart generation
  • Implemented a localhost Windows relay to bridge the browser and Telegram Bot API
  • Observed dynamic catalogue coverage and subscription health across available instruments
  • Configured Windows local startup helpers and user-controlled monitoring

Capabilities

  • Read-only Market Monitoring
  • Automated Alert Delivery
  • Chart Generation
  • Local Windows Relay
  • Browser Extension Development

Public Evidence Boundary

The public repository is sanitized and excludes confidential implementation details, credentials, private infrastructure, commercial terms, and client conversations.

03 / DELIVERY

Outcomes and validation

  • Captured qualifying price activity on 61 of 61 available OTC markets during a 90-second live test
  • Delivered text alerts followed by separate data-derived five-candle charts confirmed via live screenshots
  • Achieved initial text alert delivery in approximately 2 to 3 seconds within the customer-approved 10 to 20-second tolerance
  • Completed client engagement with functional alerts, chart images, and Windows startup helpers released
