Multi-Camera 3D Scanning System
Engineered a Windows desktop scanning workflow coordinating multiple depth cameras and a licensed 3D-reconstruction SDK. The architecture separates hardware acquisition, native reconstruction integration, diagnostics, and operator workflow.
“OSYSTIC handled a technically demanding multi-camera 3D scanning project with strong engineering discipline. The team worked carefully across hardware integration, reconstruction workflows, diagnostics, and operator usability, and remained responsive while resolving complex implementation details.”
The challenge
The system needed to coordinate multiple Intel RealSense depth cameras with a native reconstruction layer and a desktop operator interface while preserving clear separation between hardware acquisition, reconstruction-engine integration, validation and reporting.
What OSYSTIC built
Delivered a structured Visual Studio solution featuring a native C++ core for camera acquisition and reconstruction, a .NET 8 WPF operator application, an isolated SDK activation test, and controlled hardware validation procedures.
Engineering Highlights
- Separated RealSense acquisition and camera management from native C++ reconstruction interfaces
- Implemented a .NET 8 WPF application for operator workflows, calibration, capture, and export
- Configured isolated direct SDK activation testing and dependency/diagnostic checks
- Established structured build, runbook documentation, and handover governance via GitHub Actions CI
Capabilities
- Multi-camera acquisition
- Native C++ core integration
- Desktop operator workflow
- Hardware diagnostics and validation
Public Evidence Boundary
This repository contains sanitized public proof only. Implementation source, proprietary binaries, license keys, client identity, and private infrastructure are strictly excluded.
Outcomes and validation
- Verified source architecture, build and handover controls, and hardware-validation procedures in the private repository
