90-Minute Cycles TradingView Indicator Engineering Case Study

OSYSTIC engineered a custom TradingView indicator overlay that accurately reproduces a reference-driven multi-timeframe market-structure workflow. The delivered solution handles progressive live-cycle rendering, explicit New York calendar periods, and rigorous visual hierarchy without exposing proprietary source code.

“OSYSTIC truly is outstanding at what they do. The work was absolutely amazing. OSYSTIC coded a complex Pine Script solution for me. Every review comment and every idea I had was welcomed and implemented with perfection. I could not have asked for anything better, and it was delivered in a super fast time. If you are unsure who to choose for your project, look no further. If I have any other projects in the future, I'm coming straight back to OSYSTIC. Thanks again for an amazing job.”

01 / CONTEXT

The challenge

The project required replicating a complex reference-driven market-structure workflow combining parent trading sessions, 90-minute cycle structures, nested lower-timeframe ranges, and high/low levels without access to the original proprietary source.

02 / ENGINEERING

What OSYSTIC built

OSYSTIC delivered a robust Pine Script v6 overlay featuring progressive live-cycle rendering, bar-index-based breaker projections, explicit New York calendar boundaries, and hybrid yearly-history refinement for precise extreme anchoring.

Engineering Highlights

  • Progressive active geometry where current cycle boxes grow only through the live candle rather than rendering future scheduled spans immediately.
  • Source-candle anchoring ensuring breaker and high/low structures begin at the candle that actually formed the relevant extreme.
  • Chart-bar breaker semantics projecting an exact number of future candles ahead using bar-index coordinates.
  • Explicit New York calendar rules ensuring daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly levels follow calendar boundaries instead of exchange-session defaults.
  • Hybrid yearly history refinement combining 15-minute coarse scans with 1-minute nested intrabars for precise yearly extreme anchoring.
  • Independent vertical tiers for parent Session and M90 labels to prevent visual collisions.

Capabilities

  • Pine Script state management
  • Multi-timeframe time-series engineering
  • Chart-object lifecycle control
  • Reference-driven UI reproduction
  • Timezone-sensitive market logic
  • Lower-timeframe data refinement

Public Evidence Boundary

Published under a sanitized public showcase model. Client identity, proprietary source code, and private operational materials are strictly excluded.

03 / DELIVERY

Outcomes and validation

  • Completed custom indicator engineering project accepted by the client.
  • Successfully passed targeted QA gates across MNQ, NQ, and ES chart contexts.
